Beef 500g
massaman curry paste 50g
coconut milk 400ml
potatoes 2
onion 1
peanuts 50g
tamarind paste 2 tbsp
fish sauce 2 tbsp
sugar 2 tbsp
cinnamon stick 1
star anise 2
cardamom pods 4

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Brown beef, set aside. Fry curry paste. Add beef, coconut milk, potatoes, onion, spices.

Step2: Simmer until beef is tender. Add tamarind, fish sauce, sugar, peanuts.

Step3: Cook until potatoes are soft. Serve with rice.
