INGREDIENTS
Macaroni 500g
cheddar cheese 400g
milk 500ml
butter 50g
flour 3 tbsp
breadcrumbs 100g
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cook macaroni al dente. Melt butter, add flour, whisk in milk until thickened.
Step2: Add grated cheese to sauce, season with salt, pepper. Combine with macaroni.
Step3: Pour into baking dish, top with breadcrumbs. Bake at 180°C for 30m.
