Salmon fillets 500g
potatoes 3
leeks 2
carrots 2
cream 200ml
fish stock 1l
dill
butter
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cook potatoes, carrots, leeks in stock until tender. Add salmon, cook until done.
Step2: Stir in cream, heat through. Season with salt, pepper.
Step3: Garnish with dill. Serve with rye bread.
