INGREDIENTS
Firm tofu 500g
lemongrass 3 stalks
garlic 3 cloves
soy sauce 2 tbsp
sugar 1 tbsp
chili 2
vegetable oil
green onion 3
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Press and cube tofu. Fry until golden. Set aside.
Step2: Sauté minced lemongrass, garlic, chili. Add tofu, soy sauce, sugar. Cook 10m.
Step3: Garnish with green onion. Serve with rice.
