Potatoes 1kg
salmon 500g
eggs 4
cream 200ml
dill
salt
pepper
butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Slice potatoes, layer in a buttered dish with salmon, dill.
Step2: Beat eggs with cream, salt, pepper. Pour over potatoes and salmon.
Step3: Bake at 180°C for 1hr. Serve with a green salad.
