Lasagna noodles 500g
ground beef 500g
tomato sauce 400ml
bechamel sauce 500ml
onion 1
garlic 2 cloves
Parmesan cheese 100g
mozzarella cheese 100g
olive oil
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cook beef with chopped onion, garlic. Add tomato sauce, simmer. Prepare bechamel sauce.
Step2: Layer noodles, meat sauce, bechamel, cheeses in a baking dish.
Step3: Bake at 180°C for 40m.
