INGREDIENTS
Eggs 6
Sugar 300g
Hazelnuts 200g
Wheat flour 100g
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
Butter 200g
Condensed milk 400g
Dark chocolate 100g
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Beat egg whites, gradually add sugar, fold in ground hazelnuts, flour, cocoa. Bake layers 30m at 180°C.
Step2: Cream butter with condensed milk for frosting.
Step3: Layer meringue and frosting, cover with melted chocolate. Refrigerate 4hr.
