Lamb or beef liver 500g
kidney 500g
heart 500g
onion 4
bell pepper 2
potato 4
fat 100g
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Clean and slice liver, kidney, heart. Fry in fat with chopped onions, bell peppers.
Step2: Add cubed potatoes, cook until tender.
Step3: Season with salt, pepper. Serve hot.
