INGREDIENTS
Chicken breast 500g
peanuts 100g
dried chili peppers 10
Sichuan peppercorns 1 tsp
spring onions 2
garlic 3 cloves
ginger 2 tsp
soy sauce 2 tbsp
Shaoxing wine 2 tbsp
sugar 1 tbsp
cornstarch 2 tbsp
sesame oil 1 tsp
vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Marinate chicken in soy sauce, wine, cornstarch for 15m. Heat oil, fry peanuts, set aside.
Step2: Fry chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns. Add chicken, cook until browned.
Step3: Add chopped garlic, ginger, spring onions, sugar, sesame oil. Add peanuts, stir well.
