INGREDIENTS
Kimchi 500g
pork belly 200g
tofu 200g
onion 1
garlic 4 cloves
gochugaru 1 tbsp
soy sauce 1 tbsp
water 1l
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Sauté pork, onion, garlic. Add chopped kimchi, gochugaru, soy sauce.
Step2: Add water, bring to boil. Simmer 20m. Add tofu, cook 10m.
Step3: Serve hot with rice.
