Key Lime Pie
A tart and sweet pie made with key lime juice and a graham cracker crust.

INGREDIENTS
Graham cracker crumbs 200g
butter 100g
sweetened condensed milk 400g
key lime juice 120ml
lime zest 1 tbsp
eggs 4
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter, press into pie dish. Bake crust 10m at 180°C.
Step2: Whisk together condensed milk, lime juice, zest, eggs. Pour into crust.
Step3: Bake at 160°C for 15m. Cool, then refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream.
