INGREDIENTS
Lamb or beef 1kg
onion 2
garlic 3 cloves
paprika 2 tsp
cumin 1 tsp
salt
black pepper
olive oil 50ml
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix meat with grated onions, minced garlic, spices, olive oil. Marinate for 2hr.
Step2: Skewer meat, grill until cooked. Serve with flatbread and salad.
