INGREDIENTS
Buckwheat groats 300g
Water 600ml
Butter 50g
Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Rinse buckwheat groats. Boil water, add salt, groats. Reduce heat, simmer until tender, about 15-20m.
Step2: Remove from heat, add butter, cover. Let stand 10m.
Step3: Fluff with fork and serve hot.
