INGREDIENTS
Rye flour 200g
water 100ml
salt 1 tsp
rice 200g
milk 500ml
butter 50g
egg 1
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix rye flour, water, salt to form dough. Roll thin, cut circles.
Step2: Cook rice in milk until thick. Place rice on dough, fold edges.
Step3: Bake at 200°C for 20m. Brush with butter, egg mixture.
