Kanelbullar (Cinnamon Buns)

INGREDIENTS
Flour 500g
milk 300ml
yeast 10g
sugar 100g
butter 100g
cinnamon 2 tbsp
cardamom 1 tsp
salt
pearl sugar for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Make a dough with flour, milk, yeast, sugar, butter, cardamom. Let rise 1hr.
Step2: Roll out, spread with butter, cinnamon, sugar. Roll up, cut into buns.
Step3: Let rise 30m. Bake at 200°C for 10m. Sprinkle with pearl sugar.
