INGREDIENTS

Flour 500g
sugar 75g
butter 100g
milk 250ml
cardamom 1 tsp
yeast 10g
candied fruit 100g
raisins 100g

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Mix flour, sugar, cardamom, yeast. Add warm milk, melted butter. Knead dough, add fruit, raisins. Let rise 1hr.

Step2: Shape into a loaf, let rise 30m. Bake at 180°C for 30m.

Step3: Cool on a wire rack. Serve sliced, often with butter.
