INGREDIENTS
Salt beef 500g
Cabbage 1
Potatoes 500g
Carrots 300g
Turnip 300g
Pease pudding (split peas wrapped in cloth)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Soak salt beef overnight. Rinse and place in a large pot of water. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer.
Step2: Add pease pudding, potatoes, carrots, turnip. Cook 2hr.
Step3: Add cabbage, cook until all vegetables are tender. Serve hot.
