INGREDIENTS
Sweet potato noodles 400g
beef 200g
spinach 200g
carrot 1
onion 1
mushrooms 200g
soy sauce 4 tbsp
sugar 2 tbsp
sesame oil 2 tbsp
garlic 2 cloves
sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cook noodles, rinse in cold water, drain. Sauté beef, vegetables separately with soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic.
Step2: Mix noodles with cooked ingredients. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step3: Serve warm or at room temperature.
