Potatoes 1kg
onions 2
anchovy fillets 200g
heavy cream 300ml
breadcrumbs
butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Thinly slice potatoes and onions. Layer in a baking dish with anchovy fillets.
Step2: Pour over cream, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, dot with butter.
Step3: Bake at 200°C for 1hr until golden and tender.
