A spicy, one-pot Louisiana dish with meat, seafood, and rice.

INGREDIENTS
Chicken breast 500g
shrimp 300g
andouille sausage 200g
onion 1
bell pepper 1
celery 2 stalks
garlic 2 cloves
rice 300g
tomatoes 400g
chicken broth 500ml
cajun seasoning 2 tbsp
thyme 1 tsp
bay leaf
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Brown chicken, sausage. Set aside. Sauté onion, pepper, celery, garlic.
Step2: Add rice, tomatoes, broth, seasonings. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover, simmer 20m.
Step3: Add chicken, sausage, shrimp. Cook until rice is tender, shrimp cooked.
