Lamb or mutton 1kg
potatoes 1kg
onions 3
carrots 3
celery stalks 2
fresh thyme
chicken or beef stock 1l
salt
pepper
parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Brown lamb pieces. Add chopped vegetables, thyme, stock. Season with salt, pepper.

Step2: Simmer until lamb and vegetables are tender, about 1-2 hours.

Step3: Garnish with parsley. Serve with crusty bread.
