INGREDIENTS
Eggplants 3
onion 2
garlic 4 cloves
tomatoes 4
green bell pepper 2
olive oil 100ml
sugar 1 tsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp
parsley for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Fry whole eggplants until soft. Sauté onions, garlic, peppers, tomatoes.
Step2: Stuff eggplants with the mixture. Bake at 180°C for 20m. Garnish with parsley.
