INGREDIENTS

Chicken broth 1.5l
pork strips 200g
tofu 300g
wood ear mushrooms 50g
bamboo shoots 100g
vinegar 3 tbsp
soy sauce 2 tbsp
white pepper 1 tsp
cornstarch 3 tbsp
egg 1
spring onions 2

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Soak mushrooms, slice with bamboo shoots, tofu. Cook pork in broth.

Step2: Add mushrooms, bamboo, tofu, vinegar, soy sauce, pepper. Simmer 10m.

Step3: Mix cornstarch with water, add to soup to thicken. Drizzle beaten egg in, stir. Garnish with spring onions.
