INGREDIENTS
Cabbage 1 large
Ground pork 500g
Onion 1
Carrot 1
Rice 100g
Tomato paste 100ml
Water 500ml
Salt
Pepper
Sour cream (for serving)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Boil cabbage leaves until soft. Cook rice.
Step2: Sauté chopped onion, carrot. Mix with pork, rice, salt, pepper.
Step3: Wrap meat mixture in cabbage leaves.
Step4: Place rolls in pot, cover with tomato paste, water. Cook 1hr. Serve with sour cream.
