INGREDIENTS
Almond flour 200g
coconut oil 50g
honey 50ml
eggs 3
lemon juice 100ml
lemon zest 1 tbsp
vanilla extract 1 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix almond flour, melted coconut oil, 1 tbsp honey for crust. Press into pan, bake at 175°C for 15m.
Step2: Whisk eggs, lemon juice, zest, remaining honey, vanilla. Pour over crust, bake 20m.
