INGREDIENTS
Halibut fillets 500g+ + + + ++
Flour 200g
Beer 300ml
Baking powder 10g
Salt
Vegetable oil (for frying)
Potatoes 1kg
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix flour, beer, baking powder, salt for batter. Let sit 30m.
Step2: Cut potatoes into fries, fry until golden. Drain on paper towels.
Step3: Dip halibut in batter, fry in hot oil until golden. Serve with fries.
