Green onions 200g
seafood mix (shrimp
squid) 300g
flour 200g
eggs 2
water 200ml
salt
vegetable oil (for frying)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix flour, eggs, water, salt to make batter. Add chopped green onions, seafood.
Step2: Heat oil in a pan. Pour batter, spread evenly. Cook until golden on both sides.
Step3: Serve with a dipping sauce made of soy sauce, vinegar, and a pinch of sugar.
