INGREDIENTS
Thinly sliced beef 500g
onions 2
dashi stock 500ml
soy sauce 100ml
mirin 50ml
sugar 2 tbsp
rice 500g
pickled ginger
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Thinly slice onions. Simmer in dashi, soy sauce, mirin, sugar.
Step2: Add beef, cook until just browned. Serve over cooked rice.
Step3: Garnish with pickled ginger.
