INGREDIENTS
Chicken 500g
andouille sausage 300g
shrimp 300g
onion 1
bell pepper 1
celery 2 stalks
garlic 2 cloves
flour 100g
chicken broth 1l
okra 200g
cajun seasoning 2 tbsp
file powder 1 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cook chicken, sausage. Set aside. Make a roux with flour and fat.
Step2: Add onion, pepper, celery, garlic to roux. Pour in broth, add chicken, sausage, okra, seasoning. Simmer 1hr.
Step3: Add shrimp, cook 10m. Serve with rice and sprinkle file powder.
