INGREDIENTS
Flour 500g
baking powder 2 tsp
sugar 2 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
water 400ml
vegetable oil (for frying)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt. Add water to form a dough.
Step2: Shape into flat cakes. Fry in oil until golden on each side.
Step3: Serve with jam, honey, or as a side to a main dish.
