INGREDIENTS
Cabbage 1 head
Ground beef 500g
Rice 100g
Onion 1
Tomato paste 100g
Water 500ml
Salt
Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Boil cabbage leaves until soft. Mix cooked rice, ground beef, chopped onion, salt, pepper.
Step2: Place filling on each leaf, roll, and place in a pot.
Step3: Cover with tomato paste diluted in water. Cook on low heat for 1hr. Serve hot.
