INGREDIENTS
Seaweed sheets (nori) 6
sushi rice 500g
carrot 1
spinach 200g
pickled radish 100g
cucumber 1
eggs 4
ham or imitation crab 200g
sesame oil
salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cook rice, season with sesame oil, salt. Prepare and slice all fillings.
Step2: Lay seaweed sheet on bamboo mat, spread rice, arrange fillings on top.
Step3: Roll tightly, slice. Serve with soy sauce or spicy mayo.
