Tomatoes 6
cucumber 1
bell pepper 1
onion 1
garlic 2 cloves
olive oil 50ml
vinegar 2 tbsp
bread 100g
water
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Blend tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, garlic, soaked bread, olive oil, vinegar until smooth.
Step2: Chill for 2hr. Season with salt, pepper.
Step3: Serve cold, garnished with diced cucumber, pepper.
