INGREDIENTS
Beef short ribs 1kg
soy sauce 100ml
brown sugar 50g
pear 1
garlic 4 cloves
sesame oil 2 tbsp
black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Marinate ribs in soy sauce, sugar, grated pear, minced garlic, sesame oil, pepper for 1hr.
Step2: Grill ribs over medium heat until tender.
Step3: Serve with rice and side dishes.
