INGREDIENTS
Rice 500g (cooked and cooled)
eggs 3
peas 100g
carrots 100g
spring onions 3
soy sauce 2 tbsp
sesame oil 1 tsp
shrimp 200g
ham 100g
vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Scramble eggs in oil, set aside. Stir-fry shrimp, ham, add peas, carrots.
Step2: Add rice, soy sauce, sesame oil. Stir well.
Step3: Add scrambled eggs, chopped spring onions. Serve hot.
