INGREDIENTS
Chicken pieces 1kg
buttermilk 500ml
flour 300g
paprika 2 tsp
garlic powder 1 tsp
onion powder 1 tsp
salt
pepper
vegetable oil (for frying)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Soak chicken in buttermilk, salt, pepper for 1hr. Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder.
Step2: Dredge chicken in flour mixture. Fry in hot oil until golden and cooked through, about 15m per side.
Step3: Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
