Chicken pieces 1kg
okra 500g
onion 1
garlic 3 cloves
tomatoes 2
coriander
oil
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Season chicken with salt, pepper. Brown in oil. Set aside.
Step2: In the same pan, sauté chopped onions, garlic. Add tomatoes, chicken, and water. Cook 30m.
Step3: Add sliced okra, cook until tender. Garnish with coriander. Serve with rice.
