INGREDIENTS
Sugar 150g
eggs 4
condensed milk 400ml
evaporated milk 400ml
vanilla extract 1 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Caramelize sugar, pour into molds. Whisk eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla.
Step2: Pour over caramel in molds. Bake in a water bath at 160°C for 1hr.
Step3: Chill. Invert onto plate to serve.
