INGREDIENTS
White fish 500g
onion 1
eggs 2
flour 100g
milk 100ml
baking powder 1 tsp
salt
pepper
vegetable oil (for frying)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Process fish, onion, eggs, flour, milk, baking powder, salt, pepper to form a mixture.
Step2: Form into balls, fry in oil until golden and cooked through.
Step3: Serve with potatoes and remoulade sauce.
