Fireweed petals 4 cups
Sugar 700g
Apple cider vinegar 60ml
Pectin 1 package

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Steep fireweed petals in boiling water, strain. Measure 3 cups of liquid.

Step2: Mix liquid with sugar, vinegar, pectin. Boil until it reaches jelly stage.
