INGREDIENTS
Lamb 1kg
cabbage 1kg
whole black peppercorns 1 tbsp
flour 3 tbsp
salt
water
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Layer chunks of lamb and cabbage in a large pot. Sprinkle with flour, peppercorns, salt. Add water to cover.
Step2: Bring to a boil, then simmer for 2hr until meat is tender.
Step3: Serve hot, traditionally with boiled potatoes.
