INGREDIENTS
Chicken breast 500g
Corn tortillas 12
Red enchilada sauce 500ml
Onion 1
Garlic 2 cloves
Cheese (cheddar or queso fresco) 200g
Sour cream
Cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cook chicken, shred. Sauté onion, garlic, mix with chicken, some cheese.
Step2: Dip tortillas in sauce, fill with chicken mixture, roll. Place in baking dish. Cover with remaining sauce, cheese.
Step3: Bake at 180°C for 20m. Serve with sour cream, cilantro.
