Flour 500g
butter 150g
egg 1
water
ground beef 500g
onion 2
red bell pepper 1
boiled eggs 3
olives 100g
cumin
paprika
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Make dough with flour, butter, egg, water. Rest 30m.
Step2: Cook beef, onions, pepper. Add cumin, paprika, salt, pepper. Cool, mix in chopped boiled eggs, olives.
Step3: Roll out dough, cut circles, fill with beef mixture, seal edges.
Step4: Bake at 190°C for 20m.
