Flour 500g
butter 200g
eggs 2
chicken breast 500g
onions 2
garlic 2 cloves
tomatoes 2
olives 100g
hearts of palm 100g
cheese (optional)
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Make dough with flour, butter, 1 egg. Chill 30m.
Step2: Cook chicken with onions, garlic. Shred. Mix with chopped tomatoes, olives, hearts of palm.
Step3: Line pie dish with dough, add filling, cover with dough. Brush with beaten egg. Bake at 180°C for 40m.
