Chicken broth 1.5l
eggs 4
cornstarch 2 tbsp
green onions 2
soy sauce 1 tbsp
sesame oil 1 tsp
white pepper 1 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Heat broth, add soy sauce, pepper. Mix cornstarch with water, add to broth.
Step2: Beat eggs, slowly pour into boiling broth, stirring gently.
Step3: Drizzle with sesame oil, garnish with green onions.
