INGREDIENTS
Ground pork 500g
cabbage 200g
green onions 3
ginger 2 tsp
soy sauce 3 tbsp
sesame oil 1 tsp
dumpling wrappers 40
vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix pork, chopped cabbage, green onions, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil. Fill wrappers, seal edges.
Step2: Boil or pan-fry until cooked through.
Step3: Serve with dipping sauce (soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil).
