INGREDIENTS
Whole milk 1l
sugar 300g
baking soda 1 tsp
vanilla extract 1 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix milk, sugar, baking soda in a pot. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
Step2: Reduce heat, simmer, stir occasionally for 2hr, until thick and caramel-colored.
Step3: Stir in vanilla. Cool, store in jars.
