Deviled eggs

Our deviled eggs recipe offers a delightful appetizer that's perfect for special events, yet simple enough for any casual snack craving. It's an effortless dish to whip up, requiring just 10 minutes and a handful of ingredients. Start by halving hard-boiled eggs, scooping out the yolks, and mixing them with mayonnaise, ground mustard, parsley flakes, and seasoned salt for a rich and flavorful filling. You have the choice to elegantly pipe the filling using a star tip or simply spoon it back into the egg whites. A sprinkle of paprika adds a charming garnish and a touch of sweetness. Feel free to get creative with additional toppings like chives, bacon, hot sauce, jalapenos, or various herbs for an extra zing. Pair these scrumptious deviled eggs with other small bites like our savory Garlic Hummus, delectable Bruschetta Toasts, and crispy Crab Balls for a complete array of appetizers or afternoon snacks.

6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon of ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon of parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon of seasoned salt
Paprika for garnish

Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Gently remove the yolks and transfer them to a small bowl. Use a fork or a potato masher to thoroughly mash the yolks.

Add the mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, and seasoned salt to the mashed yolks. Mix everything together until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. Carefully spoon or pipe this mixture back into the hollows of the egg white halves. Lightly dust each with paprika for a bit of color and flavor.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until you're ready to serve them.
