INGREDIENTS
Flour 500g
yeast 10g
sugar 50g
milk 250ml
butter 250g
egg 1
fillings (jam
custard
almond paste)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Make a dough with flour, yeast, sugar, milk. Roll out, layer with slices of butter, fold, and chill. Repeat rolling and folding 3 times.
Step2: Cut into shapes, fill with jam, custard, or almond paste. Brush with beaten egg.
Step3: Bake at 200°C for 15-20m.
