INGREDIENTS
Chicken pieces 1kg
corn starch 200g
flour 100g
vegetable oil (for frying)
soy sauce 50ml
honey 50ml
garlic 4 cloves
ginger 1 inch
gochujang 2 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Coat chicken with corn starch, flour. Fry until golden and crispy.
Step2: Make sauce with soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, ginger, gochujang. Toss fried chicken in sauce.
Step3: Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve hot.
